HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Click on the “Log in” icon below the banner in the upper right corner and follow the steps to create your account.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DIAMOND PAINTING?
Yes. You will find all the information in the “shop” section.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. There are no shipping fees with any purchase of 150$ or more.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund provided that:

No diamond is glued to the canvas,

The kit is complete,

The material is not damaged.
Unfortunately, custom diamond paintings cannot be returned.
ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We try to make sure that everything is perfect, but we understand that an error can occur. If an item is missing, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTION?
Yes. You can pick up your order on site and avoid shipping costs. Simply select “Pick up point” when you pay for your order.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes. You can purchase them by going to the "shop" section
DO YOU HAVE A REWARD PROGRAM?
Yes. You can earn Diamond$ and use it to pay for your purchases. Simply create an account and you are automatically enrolled in the program. To view your Diamond$ account and find out how to obtain them, simply click on the “Rewards” button at the bottom left of the screen.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
All credit cards are accepted. You can also pay with a gift card and your Diamond$.
I ALREADY HAVE SOME ITEMS IN THE TOOL KIT AND I WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE THEM FROM MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAN?
You can mention what you do not want in the "Tool kit/ Notes" section when you enter the payment details.
